Kindifarm assists in educating people of all ages by giving them a real hands-on experience to learn about animals by sight, sound, smell and touch.
Tracey Johnston, RIDBC (The Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children) Hunter Director, says the children love to see the animals and to pat and feed them in a way that is non-threatening or overwhelming.
“For children who have a vision or hearing impairment, language must be taught explicitly,” said Tracey. “Providing real life experiences such as the Kindifarm, we are able to use the children’s interest in animals as a springboard for further language development. We can also consolidate and refine the language they have already acquired.”
Kindifarm is widely regarded as providing the best quality service in the field of mobile animal farms. Our staff are passionate about what they do and enjoy sharing their love of animals and our Australian farming heritage.
Kindifarm is accredited with the Karen Pryor Academy. Certified Training Partners participate in an extensive educational program, and demonstrate a high level of expertise and understanding of scientifically based positive reinforcement training methods. Certified Training Partners have also shown they can create a positive and safe learning experience for both animals and people.

Used to work at Kindifarm with Bryce and Bucky and Jasper. The most satisfying job and fondest memories of young and old, they all loved it.
We recently had a mini farm party at our wedding. It was amazing the guests were surprised and really enjoyed the animals. We had so many compliments at the unique entertainment and really loved the pictures with the goats. I know it doesn't sound like the usual wedding idea but it was actually the highlight of the reception. Thank you Farmer Jody for being amazing on the day.
