Bringing back the good old days…
A Kindifarm visit often reminds residents of past experiences with farms and animals. These are fun and happy memories. The latest research indicates reminiscing is particularly good for residents with dementia. Kindifarm started breaking new grounds in Diversional Therapy back in 1992 when we first took our farm animals to a nursing home.

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the animals, Karina was excellent in the way she managed everything!
All our residents thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon when KINDIFARM came to visit. It brought back so many memories for those who visited the Agricultural Shows as children or lived in the country. It was such a hands-on experience for our residents that a few of them had a little tear in their eyes as they cuddled and patted the animals. I would also like to commend your young lady who set everything up and went out of her way to provide a special occasion for our residents.
We would highly recommend Kindifarm as an activity that your residents would enjoy. The staff member Lauren was so helpful and friendly and the animals just delighted our residents and staff no end. The hands on activities were just great. Thank you Kindifarm.
Peninsular Nursing Home
Kindifarm visited our nursing home facility, it was a huge success. The residents were in contact with the animals & the response was amazing & very good energy. It was stimulating for a lot of residents who normally have less response to other activities. Many reminisced about having pets or contact with animals in the past. Pascal was excellent with the residents (as well as the animals!). Thank you very much for the experience.
After long searching for the perfect farm to come and visit my nursing home I picked Kindi Farm as they had the most to offer and at a reasonable price. But we experienced a hole lot more! The staff were fantastic with helping my residents interact with all the animals, all my staff and residents had a very special day and were sad to part from the animals. I highly recommend Kindi Farm and thank them for their great work!
Residents loved the Kindifarm visit, holding the aminals brought smiles to there face and positive interaction. we were a little disappointed that the animals could not be bottle fed as the teets were left behind.
Leila was very helpful to the residents and everyone enjoyed themselves.
Our residents had a wonderful time, some who do not usually interact well were excited to see the animals. Thank you for allowing our facility's residents to be a part of a enjoyable experience.

Kindifarm recently visited ARV St Lukes Dapto (High and Low Aged Care Facility) our residnts had so much fun. From feeding the baby animals there bottles, to giving lots of cuddles to the animals. It brought so much joy to their lives and for some a reminder of their days growing up on a farm. We even had residents with chickens on their heads. they thought it was so funny. Once again thankyou so much. Looking forward to see you can soon.

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the kindi farm visit. It was our first visit in a while as we had been undergoing renovations. Residents who ususally aren't very responsive were animated and involved. For several residents who grew up on farms it was a great trip down memory lane. Thank you to everyone who made it possible and especially the lovely young lady looking after the animals. We look forwrd to another visit soon.
